Plaza Pics!

The first order of business after arriving home was to take some pictures of the plazita! (Sorry it took so long Tanya!) We just have to show you this awesome space we have going here! We had some rain for a few days... but no worries, the sun is back out now, and the weather is hot again. :)

Here is my finished painting on the wall. Suki and Tani helped me with it while they were here, and we got it finished and hung just in time for kids camp.

The first couple of days back were sooooo hot, we decided to pull the swimming pool back out. We caught a bunch of rain water in it too, saving us on the water purchase. (We havnt gone swimming yet this week, but maybe on the weekend.

Its nice to be home... but it was time to get back to work, and we managed to get through our first week back. Phew!!!

Vacation, Part 3: CAMPING!!!

As a part of our week with my family... we went camping!!! We really enjoyed getting away with everyone and spending some quality time together. We enjoyed more family not shown here too, but the campground kicked them out Friday night before I could get my camera out!!!

Thanks for joining us at the campground everyone! We had a blast!!!

Vacation Part 2

After a week with Dwight's family, we spent a week with my family in Scappoose... what a lot of fun! I enjoyed visiting with everyone and catching up on their lives.

As a special treat, I got to see Monique (my niece) take a horse lesson!

Vacation was Great!

We had a great vacation these past few weeks in Oregon and Washington with family! It all started with celebrating Dwight’s parent’s 50th wedding anniversary… a week vacation with them and the family, enjoying the beauty of the mountain loop, the trees, waterfalls, and a stop at Leavenworth where Dwight proposed to me! :)

Dwight enjoyed spending time with his sister, Kolette.

Rich (Our nephew) is now in Jr. High, and is doing great in school as well as boy scouts.

This is the spot where Dwight proposed almost 9 years ago... except it was covered in snow!
